Made-to-order and customized pieces generally take approximately 2-3 weeks to be processed and delivered, as each garment is carefully crafted and quality checked before dispatch.

Delivery timelines may vary depending on the delivery location, courier operations, weather conditions, public holidays, or unforeseen logistical delays. While we strive to ensure timely delivery, delivery dates are estimates only and cannot be guaranteed.

Working days are Monday - Saturday, excluding public holidays. Once your order has been dispatched, tracking details will be shared through your registered contact information.

Tracking Details :

Once your order has been shipped from our warehouse, tracking details will be shared through WhatsApp, SMS, or email using the contact information provided during checkout.

Customers are responsible for monitoring shipment updates and ensuring availability to receive the package.

Shipping Charges: 

Shipping charges, if applicable, will be calculated at checkout depending on the delivery location, order value, package weight, and courier availability.

Additional delivery charges may apply for certain remote or restricted service areas depending on courier coverage.
